Shipping cost

Free U.S. shipping on orders of $100 or more after discounts. This applies to all products, including Tapstitch items. The qualifying amount is your merchandise subtotal after discounts, before taxes. No shipping code is needed.

For U.S. orders below $100 and orders outside the U.S., available shipping services and exact costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Rates depend on the items and destination.

When will my order arrive?

The 2–7 business day window is the usual time before your order ships. Carrier delivery time comes after that. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout when available, and tracking is emailed when available.

If something goes wrong

If your order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or tracking appears lost or stuck, contact us through our Contact page with your order number. If the item is damaged or incorrect, include photos so we can review it quickly.

Address changes

Contact us as soon as possible if you entered the wrong shipping address. We cannot guarantee an address change after production or fulfillment has started.
